Oatmeal morning glow

Recipe:

1. In a jar or bowl, combine:

• 1 cup of rolled oats

• 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)

• 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)

• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).

4. In the morning, top with:

• Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices or apple slices)

• Walnuts or seeds (optional to add crunch)

5. Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl!
