No Bake Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or any nut flour of your choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond butter, peanut butter, or cashew butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or mini chocolate chips)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and almond flour.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    • Add the maple syrup (or honey), nut butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in Chocolate Chips:
    • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Chill Dough:
