My 0 point “ice cream

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any 0 point milk alternative)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A few drops of your favorite zero-calorie sweetener (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra texture)
Instructions:
- Add everything into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours if you want a firmer texture, or enjoy soft-serve style right away!
