My 0 point “ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any 0 point milk alternative)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few drops of your favorite zero-calorie sweetener (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra texture)

Instructions:

  1. Add everything into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours if you want a firmer texture, or enjoy soft-serve style right away!
