LOW-POINT BAILEYS IRISH CREAM

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-calorie milk alternative) 1/2 cup Irish whiskey 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon almond extract Artificial sweetener to taste (use a sugar substitute like stevia or erythritol) Instructions:

In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined.

Taste the mixture and add artificial sweetener to your liking. Keep in mind that different sweeteners have different sweetness levels, so adjust accordingly.

Blend again briefly to ensure the sweetener is well incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar and refrigerate until chilled.

Shake well before serving.
