Low Carb Mexican Pizza
Ingredients:
– (2) low carb tortillas
– 1 cup taco meat
– 1/2c Taco Bell Hot sauce; divided
-1/2c diced tomatoes
– 1/2c shredded Mexican blend cheese
– 1/4c diced green onion
Instructions:
1. Spray a pie pan and place 1 tortilla inside. Top with taco meat and 1/4c Taco Bell hot sauce.
2. Place another tortillas on top. Sprinkle on diced tomato and top with the remaining 1/4c sauce.
3. Top with shredded cheese and green onion
4. Bake at 450 for about 10 min! Enjoy!
This taste just like Taco BellĀ
