“Yogurt Bread” – Dessert Style
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder (or unflavored + sweetener)
Optional (still low-carb, but adds flavor):
- 1 tsp baking powder (makes it fluffier)
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener (stevia/erythritol)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a bowl, whisk eggs + yogurt until smooth
- Add protein powder and mix until batter forms
- Pour into a greased loaf pan
- Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool, slice, and enjoy
