Low-Carb High-Protein Yogurt Bread (3 Ingredients)

“Yogurt Bread” – Dessert Style

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder (or unflavored + sweetener)

Optional (still low-carb, but adds flavor):

  • 1 tsp baking powder (makes it fluffier)
  • 1–2 tbsp sweetener (stevia/erythritol)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs + yogurt until smooth
  3. Add protein powder and mix until batter forms
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
  6. Let cool, slice, and enjoy
