Low carb Cajun “rice”

Johnsonville Cajun sausage

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1/2 chopped yellow onion

1 bag of Walmart frozen riced cauliflower

Browned sausage first. Then added onions and peppers.

Add seasonings( garlic powder, onion powder, blacken seasoning, smoked paprika & ground black pepper )

Once onions and peppers have cooked add cauliflower rice. Add more seasonings.
