Little “Bagel” Bites

Little “Bagel” Bites Recipe:
Ingredients
2 zucchini sliced (0 points)
1/4 tsp olive oil (1 point)
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (0 pts)
1/2c fat free mozzarella (1 pt)
Instructions
Slice zucchini, toss in a bag with olive oil and Italian seasoning. Shake to coat.
Cook in oven on 375 for 12 minutes.
Take out, add marinara and cheese, pop back in the oven for 2-3 minute to melt the cheese!
Could also add pepperoni or other toppings but would increase points!
