Light English Muffins with WW Yogurt

Today I present to you English muffins or English Muffins a homemade recipe for small, soft and light round breads with a texture similar to mini Batbout served for breakfast or Sunday brunch topped with scrambled egg drizzled with honey or syrup maple is truly a delight.

Ingredients
250g of flour
1 teaspoon of olive oil
50 g of lukewarm water
1 teaspoon of baking powder
125 g of 0% yogurt
1 pinch of salt

Preparation
In a salad bowl put the flour, yeast, yogurt, water, olive oil and salt then mix.
Then knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm then cut out small discs of 7 to 8 cm.
Heat a non-stick pan then cook the muffins for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Enjoy your light English muffins with yogurt, in a sweet version with jam or in a savory version with scrambled eggs, cream cheese and smoked salmon.
