  • 4 fillets Chilean sea bass 6 ounces each
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Lemon slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the Chilean sea bass fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large oven-proof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
