Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Scones
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup cold butter
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter.
• Stir in yogurt, egg, and zest. Fold in blueberries.
• Shape dough, cut into wedges, and bake until golden
