LASAGNE MEAT MIX
INGREDIENTS
500 – 7500 gr chicken minced
1 large onion
1 desert spoon Oregano
Pinch salt
2 minced Garlic cloves
Tomato passata (if using stir in 1 tsp of cornflour to help thicken), or jar of lasagne sauce, or home made sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp sugar or sweetener
Either make your mince mix your usual way, but this is how I make it using the air fryer.
Chop onions finely, add to a bucket pan and add about a desert spoon of water. Air fry on 180°C for 5 mins
Add the mince, garlic, oregano and brown, stirring every 5 minutes or so
Remove and place in a bowl, cover add the tomato based sauce, give it a good stir
Cool, cover and place in the fridge overnight to infuse
WHITE WINE SAUCE
1 jar of white wine sauce or home made which is basically a bechamel sauce with a glug of white wine
Desert spoon of chopped chives
You can of course use your regular white sauce without the wine
Assemble as usual, a tad of the sauce on top of each layer of meat mix before adding the next layer of pasta.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and air fry on 160°C for 45 mins to an hour, cover if necessary
750 gr made a good size cake bucket and a couple of little ones for the freezer
