500gms mutton chops and skimmed
2onions
2garlic
4tomatoes
4chilly
1tablespoon chill podwer
1tablespoon coriander powder
1bunch corianda
3tablespool
2tablespoon ghee
4cups of water
Salt
Directions
- Wash the rice and let it sock for 15mints. Bring water to boil.
- Crush 4 pices of garlic, add it to the water and salt to taste. Also add in a little oil to make rice separate.
- Bring it to a boil for 3 mints and simmer till rice is cooked.
- Chop onions, 3 pieces of garlic.
- Heat ghee, then add the meat and let it cool for 10mints. Add onions and garlic and let them cook.
- Add chilly and coriander powder. Put in tomatoes and let then cook. Add salt to taste.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 mints. Remove form the fire and let it cool for 5 mints.
- Serve while hot with a garnish of fresh coriander
