 Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (full fat for richness)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp, your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers for serving

Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup chopped jalapeños (for extra heat)
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper for color

Instructions
