Keto Turkey Sausage Mini Frittatas

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • ½ cup cooked ground turkey sausage (or turkey sausage crumbles)
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Olive oil or non-stick spray for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Stir in the cheese, turkey sausage, bell peppers, and onions (if using).
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are set and slightly golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly before removing. Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

🔥 Tips:

  • Great for freezing! Just reheat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.
  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or jalapeños for extra flavor and nutrients.
