Keto Tuna Cutlets

Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna in oil or water, drained
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coconut oil or olive oil (for frying)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Tuna Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Add the beaten egg, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Shape the Cutlets:
- Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval cutlets.
- Fry the Cutlets:
- Heat a little coconut or olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place the cutlets in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with a side of keto-friendly dip or a fresh salad.
