Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Crust:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients and the egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until you have a dough-like consistency.
3. Roll Out the Dough:
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it into a circle or your desired pizza shape.
4. Pre-Bake the Crust:
  • Transfer the crust, still on the parchment paper, to a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
5. Add Toppings:
  • Once the crust is pre-baked, remove it from the oven. Spread the seasoned ground beef or turkey over the crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake Again:
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Add Fresh Toppings:
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and add fresh toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, sliced black olives, and dollops of sour cream.
8. Garnish and Serve:
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice and serve your Keto Taco Pizza immediately.
