- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 8-10 large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine, Butter, or Iceberg)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, sliced jalapeños, avocado slices

Instructions:
- Prepare the Steak:
- Season the sliced steak with salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, and chili powder (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
