KETO SEVEN LAYER-DIP

Ingredients
Base layers:
- Guacamole
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream layer
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Salsa (use sugar-free)
- 1 cup chunky sugar-free salsa or make your own with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- Ground meat layer (optional for protein)
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (ensure it’s keto-friendly or make your own)
Toppings:
- Cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Olives
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- Chopped vegetables
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (seeds removed to reduce moisture)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Optional Dippers
- Pork rinds
- Cucumber slices
- Bell pepper strips
- Zucchini chips

Instructions
- Prepare the guacamole: Mash the avocados with lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Spread it evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Mix the sour cream layer: Combine sour cream with cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Spread it over the guacamole.
- Add salsa: Spread the sugar-free salsa evenly over the sour cream.
- Cook the ground meat (optional): Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet, season with taco seasoning, and let cool slightly before layering it over the salsa.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
- Top with olives and vegetables: Evenly scatter sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes, and green onions over the cheese.
