Ingredients

Base layers:

  1. Guacamole
    • 3 ripe avocados

  2. Sour cream layer
    • 1 cup full-fat sour cream

  3. Salsa (use sugar-free)
    • 1 cup chunky sugar-free salsa or make your own with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
  4. Ground meat layer (optional for protein)
    • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
    • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (ensure it’s keto-friendly or make your own)

Toppings:

  1. Cheese
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  2. Olives
    • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  3. Chopped vegetables
    • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (seeds removed to reduce moisture)
    • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • Pork rinds
  • Cucumber slices
  • Bell pepper strips
  • Zucchini chips

Instructions
