Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (or unsweetened almond milk for dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Mug:
- Choose a microwave-safe mug. Add the butter or coconut oil to the mug and microwave for about 20-30 seconds, until melted.
