Keto Savoury Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 4 large slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, or chicken work well)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup spinach or arugula leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cucumber or bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional, for crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. If you want an extra cheesy flavor, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    • Lay the slices of deli meat flat on a clean surface.
    • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
    • Add a few spinach or arugula leaves for some freshness (optional).
    • If you like a bit of crunch, add a few thin slices of cucumber or bell pepper.
  3. Roll Them Up:
    • Carefully roll up each slice of deli meat, making sure the filling stays inside.
  4. Serve:
    • Cut each roll-up into bite-sized pieces (optional).
    • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for an easy snack on the go.

Tips:

  • You can switch up the deli meats based on what you like—try salami, roast beef, or prosciutto for different flavors!
  • For an extra flavor boost, add some Dijon mustard or a sprinkle of hot sauce inside the roll-ups.
