Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
- Add the egg and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside.
2. Make the Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.

- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the cabbage layer.
4. Prepare the Custard:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cabbage and cheese in the pie dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
5. Bake:
- Place the pie dish back into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
