Keto Protein Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 scoop of keto-friendly protein powder (e.g., whey or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk)
  • 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred sweetener (like stevia or erythritol), or to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool. You can also make it in advance and store it in the fridge.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, protein powder, almond milk, and sweetener. Blend until well mixed and frothy.
  3. Add Ice: Add ice cubes to your glass.
  4. Pour and Serve: Pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice. If you’re using heavy cream, you can either blend it in or add it on top for a richer taste.
  5. Optional Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
