Keto Protein Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 scoop of keto-friendly protein powder (e.g., whey or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk)
- 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1-2 teaspoons of your preferred sweetener (like stevia or erythritol), or to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool. You can also make it in advance and store it in the fridge.
- Mix Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, protein powder, almond milk, and sweetener. Blend until well mixed and frothy.
- Add Ice: Add ice cubes to your glass.
- Pour and Serve: Pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice. If you’re using heavy cream, you can either blend it in or add it on top for a richer taste.
- Optional Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
