Keto pretzel bites


Pre heat oven 400
2 cups of mozzarella
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1 Tbs of coconut flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons of baking powder
One egg white beat Till it’s triple its volume
2 oz cream cheese
Topping
1 large egg white beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons of everything seasoning or sea salt
melt together the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese till softened mixed together well, Second bowl combine Almond flour coconut flour baking powder mix well , Next combined the melted cheese with the flour mix as well as you can , next and the whole egg and the beaten egg , start the mixture into a soft doe form, use your hands to knead the dough till it’s all worked together, Make sure there’s no streaks of eggs you want it to be completely combined, separate the Dough into two sections, Roll into a long thin rope, use a knife to cut into small 1 inch pieces, use the last egg white to brush the top of the pretzels and your topping everything seasoning/coarse sea salt then bake for 10-12 minute still browned
