- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup black olives (optional)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions:
