Keto Peppermint Mousse Shooters

Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- Optional: crushed peppermint candies or sugar-free chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
- Whip the Cream:
- In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Combine:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and smooth.
- Serve:
- Spoon the mousse into small serving glasses or shot glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish (Optional):
- Before serving, garnish with crushed peppermint candies or sugar-free chocolate shavings if desired.
