KETO NAAN BREAD

Ingredients (makes 4 naan):
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or ghee, for brushing
- Fresh coriander or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Melt Cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth. - Make Dough
Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and the beaten egg. Mix well to form a soft dough. If sticky, chill for 10–15 mins. - Shape the Naan
Divide the dough into 4 balls. Place each ball between parchment paper and roll out into an oval/naan shape (about ¼ inch thick). - Cook
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and firm. - Brush & Serve
Brush with melted butter or ghee, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired. Serve warm!
💡 Tips:
- Add chili flakes or cumin seeds to the dough for extra flavor.
- Great with keto curry, butter chicken, or as a wrap!
