Melt Cheese In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Make Dough Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and the beaten egg. Mix well to form a soft dough. If sticky, chill for 10–15 mins.
Shape the Naan Divide the dough into 4 balls. Place each ball between parchment paper and roll out into an oval/naan shape (about ¼ inch thick).
Cook Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and firm.
Brush & Serve Brush with melted butter or ghee, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired. Serve warm!
