KETO NAAN BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter (for brushing)
  • Optional: Garlic powder, chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave (about 30 seconds) until soft.
  4. Add the melted cheese, egg, and yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a dough.
  5. Divide into 3-4 balls and flatten into naan shapes.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic or cilantro if desired.
