KETO NAAN BREAD

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter (for brushing)
- Optional: Garlic powder, chopped cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt mozzarella cheese in the microwave (about 30 seconds) until soft.
- Add the melted cheese, egg, and yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a dough.
- Divide into 3-4 balls and flatten into naan shapes.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic or cilantro if desired.
