Keto Little Caesars Puffs

Ingredients
Dough (Fathead Style):
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz (4 Tbsp) cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Topping:
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet or mini muffin pan with parchment paper or grease well.
2️⃣ Melt Cheese
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave 1 minute, stir, then microwave 30 more seconds until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir until combined.
(No microwave? Use a small pot over low heat, stirring often.)
3️⃣ Mix Dough
- In a separate bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and egg.
- Mix well until a dough forms (use a spatula or lightly oiled hands).
4️⃣ Shape Puffs
- Divide dough into 12–14 small balls.
- Place evenly on the baking sheet (or into mini muffin wells).
- Lightly flatten the tops (they puff as they bake).
5️⃣ Bake
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and set.
6️⃣ Brush & Sprinkle
- While still warm, brush each puff with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan.
7️⃣ Serve
Enjoy warm with:
- Sugar-free marinara
- Ranch dressing
- Melted cheese sauce

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispness.

✅ For extra cheesiness, press a little shredded mozzarella into the center of each puff before baking.
