Keto Italian Pinwheels

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices of deli ham
- 6 slices of salami
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 6 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Arrange the slices of deli ham in a single layer, slightly overlapping, to form a rectangle.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the ham layer.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the sliced black olives, roasted red peppers, and chopped spinach over the provolone cheese.
- Carefully roll up the layers tightly into a log, using the plastic wrap or parchment paper to help guide and shape the roll.
- Repeat steps 2-6 with the remaining ingredients to make a second roll.
- Refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, unwrap and slice the rolls into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
