Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener (like monk fruit sweetener or stevia)
  • 1/2 cup dried powdered cream or heavy cream powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened powdered milk (optional, for a creamier texture)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  2. Store: Transfer the mix to an airtight container or jar. It should keep for several months if stored in a cool, dry place.
  3. Prepare Hot Chocolate:
    • Heat 1 cup of hot water or unsweetened almond milk in a saucepan.
