Keto Hamburger Bake Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for topping)
- Pickles (for topping, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and tomato paste. Mix well and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
- Spread beef mixture in a greased baking dish (8×8 or similar).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream together. Pour over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top. Add mozzarella if you like it extra cheesy.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly. Top with pickles if desired.
