Keto Garlic Dinner Rolls
Ingredients:
- For the Rolls:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- For the Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted. Stir to combine.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and mix until a dough forms. You can use a spoon or your hands (grease your hands if the dough is sticky).
- Shape the Rolls:
- Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- While the rolls are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
- Brush with Garlic Butter:
- Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and brush them with the garlic butter.
