KETO GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND RADISH

Ingredients:-
- 4 steaks (such as ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
- 1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:-
- Prepare the Steak:
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook the Radishes:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the radishes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften and brown. Remove the radishes from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Steaks:
- In the same skillet, add the steaks. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your steaks and how well-done you like them. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Add the minced garlic to the butter and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and just starting to brown.
- Combine and Serve:
- Return the radishes to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss them to coat well in the buttery garlic mixture.
- Place the steaks back into the skillet with the garlic butter and radishes. Spoon some of the garlic butter over the steaks.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
- Serve:
