KETO GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND RADISH

Ingredients:-

  • 4 steaks (such as ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
  • 1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:-

  1. Prepare the Steak:
    • Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Cook the Radishes:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the radishes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to soften and brown. Remove the radishes from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the Steaks:
    • In the same skillet, add the steaks. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your steaks and how well-done you like them. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter:
    • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Add the minced garlic to the butter and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and just starting to brown.
  5. Combine and Serve:
    • Return the radishes to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss them to coat well in the buttery garlic mixture.
    • Place the steaks back into the skillet with the garlic butter and radishes. Spoon some of the garlic butter over the steaks.
    • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
  6. Serve:
