- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prepare coating:
- In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the fish:
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- Dip each fillet into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Fry:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Plate with lemon wedges and a side of keto tartar sauce or salad.
