Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for frying)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare coating:
    • In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip the fish:
    • Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
    • Dip each fillet into beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  3. Fry:
    • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve:
    • Plate with lemon wedges and a side of keto tartar sauce or salad.

Pro Tip: For extra crunch, mix crushed pork rinds with the almond flour before coating.
