Keto Egg & Broccoli Bars

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups broccoli florets (chopped small) – fresh or frozen (thawed & drained)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
- ¼ cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing the dish)
🥣 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or oil. - Steam or microwave broccoli for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Let it cool and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, cheese, and chopped broccoli. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Cool slightly, cut into bars, and enjoy warm — or let cool completely and store in the fridge for 4–5 days.
💡 Tip: These bars can be reheated in the microwave or eaten cold. You can also add chopped cooked chicken, mushrooms, or bell peppers for variation.
