Keto Crustless Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed & chopped)
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
- Prepare Broccoli – Steam and chop broccoli into small pieces. Spread it evenly in the pie dish.
- Mix Eggs & Cream – In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add Cheese – Stir in shredded cheese and Parmesan (if using).
- Assemble & Bake – Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top (optional).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Cool & Serve – Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm!
