Keto Crustless Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed & chopped)
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  2. Prepare Broccoli – Steam and chop broccoli into small pieces. Spread it evenly in the pie dish.
  3. Mix Eggs & Cream – In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Cheese – Stir in shredded cheese and Parmesan (if using).
  5. Assemble & Bake – Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top (optional).
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  7. Cool & Serve – Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm!
