Keto Crackers With Almond Flour
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional for extra fiber)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or your favorite seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg (or 1 tbsp olive oil for a vegan option)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, and salt. Add the egg (or olive oil) and mix until it forms a dough.
- Roll out the dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into crackers: Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into your desired cracker shapes.
- Bake: Transfer the parchment paper with the cut crackers onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool and serve: Let the crackers cool completely to become crispy. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
