Keto Cinnamon Pretzels

Ingredients:
Fathead Dough:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Cinnamon Coating:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt cheese & cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a dough (you may need to knead with your hands or use a food processor).
- Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each into a long rope and shape into pretzels.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and sweetener while warm.
💡 Tips:
- Want a glaze? Mix powdered erythritol with a splash of almond milk for a drizzle!
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or a drop of maple extract.
