Keto Cinnamon Pretzels

Ingredients:

Fathead Dough:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Cinnamon Coating:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt cheese & cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a dough (you may need to knead with your hands or use a food processor).
  4. Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each into a long rope and shape into pretzels.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and sweetener while warm.

💡 Tips:

  • Want a glaze? Mix powdered erythritol with a splash of almond milk for a drizzle!
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or a drop of maple extract.
