Keto chow mein or something like that


Cabbage sliced thin
Chicken breast or even better chicken thigh
2 eggs
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Amino acids
A little bit of whatever Asian sauce you like (I used twang which is 4 carbs per Tbsp but I’m having more like a teaspoon for my serving so 1-2 carbs)
Sriracha if you want it spicy
Avacodo oil with a splash of sesame oil
top with sesame seeds!
