KETO CHOCOLATE STICKS

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or crushed almonds for texture

Instructions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan or microwave until fully liquid.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to the melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone stick molds or any small mold you have (you can even line a tray and cut into sticks later).
  4. Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or seeds before placing in the freezer.
  5. Freeze for about 30–40 minutes, or until completely solid.
  6. Pop out the sticks and store in the fridge or freezer. They melt easily at room temperature due to the coconut oil.

✅ Tips:

  • For a creamier version, replace half the coconut oil with almond butter or peanut butter.
  • Add a dash of instant coffee for a mocha twist!
