Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

  1. Mix It Up
    In a bowl, combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, erythritol, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line & Pour
    Line a small dish or silicone mold with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and spread evenly.
  3. Top It Off (Optional)
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips if you like a little crunch.
  4. Chill Time
    Place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Slice & Enjoy
    Cut into small squares and keep stored in the fridge or freezer (they melt fast at room temp).
