Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

π§Ύ Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened, smooth or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2β3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: Chopped nuts, sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

- Mix It Up
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, erythritol, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy. - Line & Pour
Line a small dish or silicone mold with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and spread evenly. - Top It Off (Optional)
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips if you like a little crunch. - Chill Time
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until firm. - Slice & Enjoy
Cut into small squares and keep stored in the fridge or freezer (they melt fast at room temp).
