Keto Chocolate Frosty
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add Ice:
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend again until the mixture is thick and frosty-like. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well mixed.
- Adjust Sweetness:
- Taste the frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered erythritol, blending again to mix.
- Serve:
- Pour the frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also freeze it for a few minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
Tips:
- If you want a creamier texture, you can substitute half of the ice cubes with frozen avocado or frozen coconut milk cubes.
- For an extra chocolatey flavor, add a few drops of chocolate extract.
