Keto Chocolate Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Ice:
    • Add the ice cubes to the blender.
    • Blend again until the mixture is thick and frosty-like. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is well mixed.
  3. Adjust Sweetness:
    • Taste the frosty and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more powdered erythritol, blending again to mix.
  4. Serve:
    • Pour the frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also freeze it for a few minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency.

Tips:

  • If you want a creamier texture, you can substitute half of the ice cubes with frozen avocado or frozen coconut milk cubes.
  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, add a few drops of chocolate extract.
