Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
