Ingredients

For the Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

For the Hot Dogs:

  • 4 keto-friendly hot dogs (look for low-carb options or make your own)
  • 4 keto-friendly hot dog buns (optional, or use lettuce wraps)

Instructions

  1. Make the Chili:
    1. In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
    2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
