KETO CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Broccoli: Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: If you haven’t already, cook the chicken breasts and shred or dice them.
- Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream and softened cream cheese. Whisk until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Seasoning and Cheese: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and the creamy cheese sauce. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
