2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing or pan-frying)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven (Optional):
If baking, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the Bombs:
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Cook the Bombs:
Option 1: Bake Place the chicken balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Option 2: Pan-Fry Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken balls in batches, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until browned and fully cooked.
Serve:
Let the bliss bombs cool slightly before serving. Pair with a dipping sauce like sugar-free ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara for extra flavor.
Tips:
Add finely chopped jalapeños or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Serve as a snack, appetizer, or side dish with a fresh salad.
