Keto Candied Bacon (Sugar-Free)

Ingredients:
- 8–10 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, adds warmth)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- Mix erythritol, paprika, black pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Coat the bacon slices with the mixture on both sides.
- Arrange the bacon on the wire rack, making sure the slices don’t overlap.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until crispy and caramelized.
- Cool & Enjoy! Let the bacon cool for a few minutes—it will crisp up even more.
