KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP STUFFED PEPPERS
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces rotisserie chicken shredded
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jalapeno finely chopped
1/2 cup low carb buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste
4 large green bell peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil peppers after cutting the tops off and cleaning out (boil 10-15 minutes to soften)
Mix all ingredients in a ninja or food processor until chicken is shredded.
Hand mix with a spatula to make sure all is combined
Stuff peppers and toss in the oven for 20 minutes.
