Keto Breakfast Buns

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional for flavor)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Quickly mix in almond flour, baking powder, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough (you can use your hands when it’s cool enough to touch).
- Divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Shape them into bun-like rounds and place them on the tray.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds or seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
